- Dear Customer / Recipients kindly place same day Order prior to 6 pm for the same day or mid-Night Delivery. After 6 Pm we will do our level best to deliver your order on same day or mid night. Otherwise it will be process on next day on primary bases.
- Though We do out level best to deliver your Order, But We Don’t consider any specific time. Customer can Choose Fix time delivery option at time of placing the order, in the fix time delivery case we will process the order accordingly.
- Delivery timings if promised (Specially if it is fix timing) cannot be guaranteed in case of specific oppose conditions like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, Bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Events etc, the order cancelation would not be possible in such circumstances.
- All the offers or discounts are decided by PetalFlora Team and none of the Discount and offers can be combined.
- Any changes in the respect of Recipient’s address will be done free of cost if customer request before 12 hrs of the actual delivery. To make changes in the recipient’s Address or location just drop an email at email@example.com . To call or whatsapp at +91 9877769611 will be the better options. Changes after 12 Hrs that will not be possible though we will try our level best to deliver order on changed address / current location, but order would not be canceled.
- Any changes to the order would be considered if order changing requested implemented before 12hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order shall not be cancelled.
- Cancellation charges of 5% are applicable on all cancellation requests
- Products images shown here are just for the reference, actual products may have little difference, although the Freshness and the quantity of product will be the same. if there have to be substitute the products as per the non availability of such products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Flowers Color may be change due to non availability of such flower color without intimate the customer. We will required Cooperation of Customer / recipient in such case. The designs of cakes may little vary as per Availability
- We will take care of any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only within 24 hours of delivery. Customer / Recipient have to be sending clear image of such product as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Team will verify same and resolve the issue within 24 Hours.
- Delivery will be fulfilling according to delivery instructions by the Customer. For Example if delivery instructions mentioned that the product must be delivered or hand over to the recipient only, it will not be given to anyone else and will be considered as delivered if recipient is not available at location. If recipient doesn’t accept the order, the order will be considered as delivered.
- Petal Flora will be able to attempt delivery of your order only one time. In the event/party If the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be get charged for the order and no Re-delivery will be possible. We will consider such order being delivered in the below cases:
*. If shipping/delivery address incorrect.
*. Order Recipient not available.
*. Home / office or other place is locked.
*If recipient’s contact Number like landline or mobile phone incorrect, We will contact to customer for alternate number, if still we unable to contact recipient order will be consider as delivered and no cancellation will be implement.
*If Recipient refusing to accept the delivery
*If the product Delivered at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
- If PetalFlora finds that the same day order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and try to get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will be take final decision.
- If we find out any fraudulent /misbehavior from any client in the terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any particular reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
- PetalFlora may change / update its Terms & Conditions from time to time. Same will be updated on Website.
