Cancellation & refund Policy
- Dear Customer just to avoid disappointment if you want to cancel the order you must intimate us before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim the Refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 24 Hrs delivery Slab starts.
- Cancellation of the order shall be made with mail, and with Subject of ” Cancellation Request” and sent to email@example.com.

- Cancellation shall be initiated after received an “Order cancellation request” at firstname.lastname@example.org and Refund shall be Issued under conditions below:
* If the Order was cancelled before 24 Hrs
*If Order was not delivered to the Recipient due to our team fault.( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
* If there is any complain related the quality of the product being delivered, You have to send clear Photo of such product, Our Team Will inquire about the same and if it is found true, the buyer will get a refund or the product will be replaced.
- A Refund can only take place in case of failure from our side, our team will evaluate for the same and the decision of our management will be final. Customer will get the refund amount as customer paid us against product (s), We are not responsible for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
- In case of Cancellation any Order, 5% charge of paid amount by customer will be applicable.
- No Refund will be applicable on Discounted Orders.
- In all matters such as Cancellation and refund concern We as Petal Flora have the decisive hand.
- PetalFlora may make changes into its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes same will be updated on website.
